Product Information

How do I hear about new products?

It is simple. All you need to do is sign up to phantom sports and you will be emailed each time we release a new premium product. To sign up click on the join up button at the buttom of this page.

Can i track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

A confirmation email with be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Information

Can i combine on postage?

Yes you can, you will only be charged a single postage cost for combined orders in a single transaction.  Highest postage charge will apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australia wide shipping service delivered anywhere in Australia.

Large items over 1m will be sent using a courier service and a home or business address will need to be provided.

Returns and Exchanges

I want to return or exchange my item?

Any product ordered online under the following conditions will be exchanged:

  • All returns or exchanges must be within 14 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required with all returned items
  • Items must be in their original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.

My product arrived damaged?

We will happily repair/replace your item at no extra charge. We require the item to be returned to us for inspection prior to it being deemed as a faulty or damaged product. If the damage is easily visible, we may be able to inspect via photographs of the item.
